The Middle-East peace process is expected to gather momentum after proposed discussions of US President with Palestinian President Abbas and Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu. US President Barack Obama will meet the two leaders separately to discuss indirect peace talks during first half of next month. Obama has decided to meet with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at the White House on June 9 to discuss the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian proximity talks and ways the U.S. can work with both parties to move into direct talks. They will also discuss U.S. efforts to support the establishment of a Palestinian state. The US president's discussions with Abbas will come a week after he hosts Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House to talk about similar issues.
