President Obama has criticised the oil company BP for short changing residents in the Gulf of Mexico affected by the oil spill there. President Obama made the remarks during a visit to Louisianna where he is receiving an update on efforts to battle the growing oil slick. <br/> <br/>The US President is visiting the oil-stricken state for the third time since the crisis began, to meet officials and some local fishermen affected by the spill. <br/>BP said it will take a few days for its latest containment efforts to reach full capacity.
