President Obama has been holding talks with the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House. This is their first meeting since a row began over Israeli plans to construct more homes for Jews in Occupied Jerusalem. President Obama said the plans are not helpful to the peace process with the Palestinians. <br/> Earlier, speaking before meeting the Speaker of the House of representatives, Nancy Pelosi, Mr Netanyahu thanked the US for its ongoing support for Israel.
