Obama disappointed at Copenhagen outcome on climate change

US President Barak Obama says that the disappointment at the outcome of the UN sponsored climate change conference in Copenhagen earlier this month is justified. <br/> <br/>Speaking at a US television interview, he said, rather then see a complete collapse at the summit, at least there was not too much backsliding from its position. Mr. Obama said that the agreement was hard to win, and came after talks nearly broke down entirely. He said, the Indian Prime Minister was heading to the airport and the Chinese representatives were essentially skipping negotiations.<br/> <br/>The climate change conference held over the past two week in the Danish capital ended Friday with a non-binding agreement that skeptical observers say is unlikely to limit emissions sufficiently to halt global warming.<br/>
