Obama chooses Daley as chief of staff

President Barak Obama has chosen a new chief of staff at the White House. He is William Daley. He comes from a powerful political family in Chicago, Mr. Obama's political base. William Daley served as Commerce Secretary under President Clinton and is currently a top banking executive with JP Morgan Chase. The announcement came a day after White House press secretary Robert Gibbs told his staff that he intends to leave his post by the end of February.
