US President Barack Obama is reported to have signed a secret order authorising covert support to Opposition forces in Libya who have been trying to topple Col. Gaddafi. There are also reports that some CIA agents are already in Libya. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney has denied any such move. He, however, said, all options to help the Libyan people are on table.
