US President Obama has asked the Congress to revive nearly three billion dollars in emergency fund to help Haiti recover from January's earthquake which killed more than two lakh people. Mr. Obama made the request one week before the International Donors conference takes place in New York at which Haitian people are expected to ask them for more than eleven billion dollars.
