U.S. President Barack Obama has acknowledged that American voters are angry and frustrated exactly a year after he took office. In a televised interview marking the anniversary, Mr.Obama indicated that he would listen to the voices of discontent. He was speaking a day after his party lost the previously safe Senate seat in Massachusetts to the Republicans Scott Brown.
