In Arunachal Pradesh, the main festival of Nyishie tribe, Nyokum Yullo, is being celebrated with traditional gaiety and fervor. Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu inaugurated the five day mega Nyokum Yullo celebration at Yazali town in Lower Subansiri district.
