Ace shuttler Saina Nehwal today expressed hope that Number One Ranking in badminton may not be too far. Speaking at a felicitation ceremony organised by Indian Council for Agricultural Research in New Delhi, Saina said she is trying not to get swayed by the media attention following her rise to Number 3 in world ranking. She admitted that she never expected to reach Number 3 this year.Citing her rigorous training schedule, Saina said that the journey to the top has not been very easy. She said that she is focussing on the forthcoming World Championships, Commonwealth Games and the Asian Games. Attributing all the success to her parents and coach, she said that they had faced many hardships in providing her training.
