The number of active cases of COVID 19 has increased to more than 27 thousand in Rajasthan. Today, 3 thousand 180 new cases of infection have been reported. The highest 630 cases have been reported in Jaipur while 517 cases have been reported in Jodhpur. Apart from these cases, 260 people in Kota, 200 in Ajmer and 152 people in Alwar have tested positive for COVID 19.<br />'' <br />''Jaipur and Jodhpur cities have been worst affected due to the COVID infection. The number of active patients in Jaipur has reached close to 9 thousand. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today reviewed the situation through a video conference. He directed the sampling and door-to-door screening in rural areas along with cities to contain the infection. The Chief Minister clarified that no permission is required for the wedding ceremony, only prior notice has been made necessary.<br />
