After the welcome ceremony for the delegates for the nuclear security summit that began in Washington last night and the working dinner after that , the leaders from nearly fifty countries are getting down to the business of discussing action plans for securing nuclear material and preventing its smuggling . The Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh is expected to raise the concerns about the danger of nuke weapons and materials getting into the hands of terror groups in an intervention at the plenary deliberations . While outlining how India has been pointing to these dangers for almost a decade , the Prime Minister is likely to announce a special initiative by India on the setting up of a global centre on nuclear energy that could focus on the security aspects apart from other related issues . There will be mainly two sessions of the summit that will be chaired by President Obama .The first one will be dwelling on the specific actions the countries could take at the individual level and the second one will discuss collective actions , cooperation between the countries and international conventions geared towards achieving the objectives of the summit. The nuclear watch dog IAEA is also likely to talk about the guidelines that needed to be put in place for making nuclear material more secure.<br/> AIR correspondent says that President Obama as well security experts have been pointing to the danger of Al Quaida acquiring nuclear supplies.<br/>
