<span style="color: #222222;">National Security Advisor Ajit Doval has called upon the Para-military forces, Police and Civil Administration in Kashmir Valley to win hearts and minds of the people and immediately respond to the emergencies and any issues raised by the people.<br />'' <br />'' Chairing a high-level meeting in Srinagar today, Doval gave clear instructions to the Security Forces and Administration that in view of the reports that Pak-sponsored terror outfits may carry out some demonstrative and sensational acts of terror, the security of vital installations must be ensured and all arrangements regarding strict vigilance be made a priority. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also issued necessary instructions for keeping the anti-infiltration grid along the border prepared and issuing clear instructions that wherever attempts of infiltration are reported, strong action must be taken.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Doval, who was on the second visit of Kashmir Valley, after 5th of August, was apprised that Pak-sponsored militant outfits were indulging in various atrocities on the people, killing shopkeepers, threatening and intimidating fruit growers etc.<br />''<br />''He directed all the concerned departments and agencies to take strict action against such elements and facilitate the common masses as much as possible. </span>
