In Uttar Pradesh, a senior IAS officer Pradeep Shukla has been granted bail from Ghaziabad based special CBI court. He was arrested on charges of involvement in multi crore National Rural Health Mission NRHM scam in the state. Our Allahabad correspondent reports that he was granted bail on technical grounds as the CBI could not file the charge sheet against him within 90 days after his arrest. Mr. Shukla was arrested on May 10 earlier this year.
