In Uttar Pradesh, the Central Bureau of Investigation CBI on Wednesday filed second charge sheet against four persons in connection with multi crore National Rural Health Mission scam in the state.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that CBI has alleged that Dr. Ram the then Director General Health of the state was responsible for violating tendering rules for procurement of medicines and medical equipments for upgradation of 134 Primary and Community Health Centers in different districts.
