The CBI has filed second charge sheet in the Ghaziabad based special CBI court in connection with multi crore scam in the implementation of National Rural Health Mission in the state. AIR correspondent reports that the second charge has named Dr SP Ram, Abhay Kuamr Vajpayee, Sanjeev Kumar and Sourabh Jain.The CBI had filed its first charge sheet on Tuesday against seven persons including five senior officers from UP Jal Nigam and two suppliers of medicines and medical equipments.
