In Jammu and Kashmir, five years perspective plan for Mahatma Gandhi national Rural employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) is being formulated at Leh district by using micro level planning at the Halqa Panchayat level. Leh is the first district in the state for developing perspective plan for NREGA.<br/>
