<span style="color: #222222;">The National People's Party (NPP) led Meghalaya Democratic Alliance Government completed its four years in office and the occasion being celebrated in a grand manner with various cultural programmes to mark the day at U Soso Tham Auditorium, Shillong.<br />''<br />''During the celebration, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma along with his cabinet colleagues released a report in the form of a booklet on the achievements, initiatives and interventions in the last 4 years.<br />''<br />''The Chief Minister also launched Aspire 2 and Skills Meghalaya programmes which are interventions for the youths to guide and provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge. Further, he also launched Meghalaya's 1st Early Childhood Development and Maternal Health Helpline which aims to connect mothers with the nearest Govt healthcare facilities for timely support in areas that concern child nurturing and wellbeing of both mother and child.</span><br />
