Finance minister Arun Jaitley today said the Non-performing asset (NPA) levels in banks is unacceptable. Speaking on the Foundation day of Indian Bank in New Delhi, Mr Jaitley said<br/><br/>NPA has been partly due to past inaction and changes in some sectors of economy.
