After the DMK, the NCP became the second UPA ally today to attack the "hasty" and "haphazard manner" in which the Centre took a decision on separate Telangana.<br/><br/>Senior NCP leader P A Sangma today said ,a new problem was created with the hasty decision by the centre on announcing the creation of a new state of Telangana. He was presenting the political resolution at the day-long national convention of the party.<br/><br/>The resolution, which favoured setting up of a new State Reorganisation Commission to look into demands for new states was also critical of the Centre's handling of the issue. The NCP does not agree to the approach of deciding things in a haphazard manner, the resolution said.<br/><br/>Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK supremo M Karunanidhi had blamed a "delayed decision" and "hasty announcement" onTelangana for the present situation in Andhra Pradesh.<br/>
