World No 1, Novak Djokovic has won the ATP World Tennis Championship final in Abu Dhabi . The Serb thrashed Spaniard David Ferrer in straight sets 6-2.6-1 in the final. Djokovic maintains his winning streak season and a 7-5 winning record against Ferrer. In the Semifinal, Djokovic thrashed the former World Number 1 Roger Federer in straight sets 6-2 ,6- 1 while David Ferrer beat Rafael Nadal 6-3, 6-2 .This was the last tennis tournament of the calendar year 2011 and the winner takes home the prize money of 250,000 dollars.
