World Number One, Novak Djokovic crashed out of Qatar Open Tennis Championship. In the quarterfinal in Doha yesterday, he was defeated by 7th seed Ivao Karlovic in three sets, 6-7, 7-6, 6-4. The match lasted for over two hours and 15 minutes but Djokovic lost the initiative after winning the first set. He becomes the second top see to fall in the tournament so far. Second seed Rafael Nadal was sent packing in the first round itself. However, third seed Tomas Berdych and fourth seed David Ferrer have moved into the Semifinals. Ferrer beat Dennis Brown 6-2, 6-2 in a one sided affair. Berdych defeated Richard Gasquet 6-2, 6-1 in another easy encounter.
