In Bihar, notification for the ten phases of elections to local bodies and gram panchayats was issued on Monday. Nomination process of the elections will start from Thursday. The first phase of election will be held on April 20 and the last phase on May 18. In this elections voting will take place for over two lakhs sixty thousand posts.
