In Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow district administration has issued notices to 13 persons for recovery of over 21 lakh rupees as damages for vandalizing public property during the anti-CAA protests in the state capital on December 19. <br />'' <br />'' Lucknow Commissioner Mukesh Meshram said they have been asked to deposit the fine within 30 days. A total recovery of 4.5 crore rupees has to be made to offset the damage caused during the anti-CAA stir in the state capital.<br />
