The BJP has given a notice of breach of privilege against the Prime Minister for making a statement against setting up a Joint Parliamentary Committee at a function in New Delhi on Monday. Talking to reporters, party leader Goipinath Munde said that a notice for breach of privilege has been submitted to the Lok Sabha Speaker. <br/><br/>Senior party leader Arun Jaitley said that the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj demanded a statement on constitution of the JPC in Lok Sabha on Monday. The Prime Minister, however, made a reply outside Parliament despite of the session being on which is breach of privilege. <br/><br/>Supporting BJP's views on the issue, CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury said that his party will take a final decision on the issue today. <br/>
