Nothing to hide in connection with Godhara train carnage, says Guj Govt

Gujarat Government has nothing to hide in connection with Godhara train carnage and its aftermath. Mr. Amit Shah- Minister of State for Home announced this in the State Assembly on Friday.<br/><br/>He was replying to a question regarding appointment of Nanavati Inquiry commission probing Godhara train carnage and post Godhara riots in the State during 2002.<br/><br/>Replying to a supplementary question raised by Congress MLA Mr.Arjun Modhvadia, Mr.Shah said that Chief Minister Narendra Modi put himself in the purview of Nanavati Inquiry Commission because Government has no intention to hide anything at any level. <br/><br/>In a written reply, Minister of State for Home Mr. Shah said that the term of Nanavati Inquiry Commission has been extended for 13 times after its appointment on 21st May-2002, which is likely to submit its final report by 30th June this year.<br/>
