Noted Urdu poet and journalist of Andaman & Nicobar Island, Raz Andamani passed away in Portblair. He was 66. Raz Andamani was a member of National Sahitya Academy and President of 'Daira-e-Urdu Adab' of Andaman. He was also the editor of 'Light of Andaman' Weekly newspaper published from Portblair. His collection of ghazals 'Kala Paani' is very popular.
