Noted criminal lawyer and one of the founders of Kerala People's Arts Club (KPAC) G Janardhana Kurup died in Kochi this morning. He was 91. A prominent leader of the Communist Party of India, Advocate Janaradhana Kurup had contested in the Kollam Parliament seat in 1970. In 1950, he formed KPAC alongwith N Rajagopalan Nair and K S Rajamoni, and was its President from 1952 to 1959. His autobiography Ente Jeevitham won the Kerala Sahithya Academy Award in 2006.
