Noted Classical Singer, and Station Director Radio Kashmir Jammu VK Sambyal was awarded with Rashtriya Nirman Puruskar 2015 in recognition of his contributions and services rendered for the promotion of Jammu region on the occasion of World Quality day by NRI Welfare Society of India at a function in the India Habitat Centre new Delhi on Tuesday, the 24th of November 2015. The award was presented by Dr.Bhisham Narayan Singh, former Governor and other dignitaries.
