India has not taken any decision over sending its delegation to attend One Belt One Road conference in China. This was stated by External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Gopal Baglay. <br/><br/>The Conference will take place from tomorrow in Beijing. However, as per media reports, some scholars from India are participating in selected sessions of the conference. <br/>
