Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave seven point code of conduct to party leaders and workers. The seven points are service, Balance, restraint, coordination, positivity, sensitivity and dialogue . He said mere slogans will not be able to satisfy the people, rather delivery of work is required to satisfy them.<br/><br/>Addressing the concluding session of two day National Executive Conclave in Allahabad yesterday, he said this is an historical opportunity for the party to utilise it's newly attained political strength to move forward. <br/>The BJP also asserted that party is today the only pan-Indian party in the country. The third and final resolution adopted yesterday said, the party is also emerging as the natural party of governance in many states. The two day BJP national executive meeting also expressed gratitude to the five states including Assam where the Assembly elections recently concluded.<br/><br/>Summing up the deliberations of the committee meeting, senior party leader and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said the twin main objectives of this executive conclave were analysis of current political situation and charting out strategy to further expand party's base in other parts of the country. Mr Jaitley said, it was felt in the meeting that party should have offices in every district and all of its eleven crore members should be made active members.<br/><br/>Later, addressing a rally in Allahabad, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit out at Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party accusing them of colluding with each other for power in Uttar Pradesh and called upon people to give five years to BJP to serve the state in the upcoming assembly elections. He alleged, the two parties make serious allegations against each other but do nothing when they come to power.He said, UP is facing problems due to nepotism, casteism and growing criminal activities and said, a Vikas Yagya will remove all these evils. The Prime Minister added that development will gain momentum only when seeds of communalism, dynastic rule and corruption were removed. <br/><br/>Recalling the tenure of former Chief Ministers Kalyan Singh and Rajnath Singh, he said they took the state on the path of development. Highlighting the NDA government's achievements, Mr. Modi said the Centre has given one lakh crore rupees to Akhilesh Yadav government, but it is doubtful whether it reaches the people or not. He said for the first time after independence, most-farmer-friendly crop insurance scheme was initiated by NDA government and Urea is easily available to the farmers.
