Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi today alleged that he is not being allowed to speak on demonetisation in Parliament while he is ready to speak on the issue. <br/><br/>Addressing a joint media briefing along with other opposition leaders in New Delhi, Mr Gandhi said, they should be allowed to speak on the matter. He said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi must come to the House to listen to the views of members over demonetisation. <br/><br/>Mr Gandhi said, Mr Modi owes an explanation to the country over it. TMC leader Sudip Bandyopadhyay alleged that government is showing an arrogant attitude by not allowing opposition parties to express their views on implementation of demonetisation. He said opposition is ready for the debate any time. NCP leader Tariq Anwar also echoed the similar view.
