Norway has accused Russia of targetting its Foreign Ministry, Army and other institutions with cyber-attack. Norwegian Police Security Service,(PST) has said that nine email accounts had been targeted in the Labour Party and other institutions. Norwegian intelligence service said the operation was recently carried out by a group, suspected of having ties with Russian authorities. <br/><br/>They said the hacker group had been identified as APT 29, with connections to the Russian security service FSB. The group has been linked to the attack on the Democratic National Committee (DNC) during the US election campaign.
