North Korea's military has issued a warning against the joint US-South Korean military drills. The exercises have been underway since 1st of this month. They are based on a scenario of a pre-emptive attack on the North and include a simulated attack on its leader, Kim Jong Un. <br/><br/>A spokesman for the Korean People's Army General Staff Department issued a statement that was carried by the state-run media today. It said the military will trample on all the US-South Korean attempts with its own pre-emptive special operations and strikes. The statement also says the North will carry out attacks without warning. The warning came on the 7th anniversary of a North Korean torpedo attack that sank a South Korean corvette in the Yellow Sea, killing 46 sailors
