North Korea's military held 2nd rd of talks with UN Command over sinking of S Korean warship

North Korea's military held a second round of talks with the US-led United Nations Command about the sinking of a South Korean warship. The step has been taken days after Washington threatened to impose new sanctions against Pyongyang. South Korea and the United States, citing the findings of a multinational investigation, accuse the North Korea of attacking the warship in March near the disputed inter-Korean border. The attack killed 46 people. But North Korea has denied its involvement in the attack.
