At Aizawl, the first Zaua Sailo North-east Shooting Championship was inaugurated by Mizoram Sports Minister Zodintluanga at the Kulikawn Shooting Gallery on Tuesday. Assam has sent 32 shooters for the event. 96 shooters will represent Mizoram. Manipur is represented by 37 shooters, while Nagaland has sent five shooters for the event which will end on Saturday.
