The North Bengal Festival to begin on Friday in West Bengal. The festival will go on till the 15th of this month. The State North Bengal Development Minister Mr.Goutam Dev told newspersons at the Writers’ Buildings in Kolkata on Thursday that this is the first time such a festival has been organised. The huge scope in different fields in North Bengal will be highlighted in this festival.
