The North Bengal Festival begins tomorrow in West Bengal. The festival will go on till the 15th of this month. The State North Bengal Development Minister Mr. Goutam Dev told to newspersons at the Writers’ Buildings in Kolkata today that this is the first time such a festival has been organised. The huge scope in different fields in North Bengal will be highlighted in this festival.
