Normal life in Kashmir valley continues to be disrupted due to a hartal called by separatists. In Srinagar and other major towns of the valley, shops and business establishments are closed and public transport is off the road. The authorities have imposed restrictions on the movement of people in interior parts of Srinagar city and some up town localities. The step has been taken to foil the proposed protest by supporters of the separatists.
