A non official political delegation is visiting Kashmir to prepare the ground for talks with all shades of opinion in Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing a joint press conference in New Delhi on Monday, the leaders of the delegation said that they will be visiting Srinagar for three days from 3rd to 5th of next month. The members of the delegation include Brinda Karat of CPI(M), D. Raja of CPI, Ram Vilas Paswan of Lok Janshakti Party.
