Non Gazetted Railways employees will get 78-day wages as productivity-linked bonus for the fiscal 2014-15.<br/><br/>The Union Cabinet on Wednesday gave its approval to the proposal of Railway Ministry.<br/><br/>About 12 lakh railway employees will be benefited from the decision.<br/><br/>It will cost Rs. 1,030 crore to the public exchequer.<br/><br/>The bonus is being paid considering good financial performance and to motivate employees.<br/><br/>In the last three years also, railway employees had got 78-day wages as bonus.<br/><br/>The Productivity-linked bonus is paid to railway employees each year before the Dussehra festival.
