<span style="color: #222222;">A Delhi court has issued non bailable warrants against a Gulf based investor Omar Ali Balsharaf for his alleged links with Agusta Westland chopper scam. Special Judge Arvind Kumar has allowed the Enforcement Directorate's application against the businessman.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The agency's Special Public Prosecutor DP Singh and advocate Naveen Kumar Matta argued that the ED had summoned Balsharaf multiple times since March 2018, but he did not join the investigation.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to Enforcement Directorate, Interstellar Technologies Ltd of Mauritius which allegedly received the Agusta Westland kickbacks has transferred an amount of about 53 lakh dollars to the account of Rawasi Al Khaleej General Trading LLC of Dubai, maintained by Omar Ali Balsharaf and another accused in the Agusta Westland case Gautam Khaitan.</span><br />
