The process for filing of nominations to fill in the 58 seats of Rajya Sabha has begun. The term of these members expires in April. These seats are to be filled from 15 States . AIR Correspondents report that notifications for filing of nominations have been issued. The voting will take place on 30th of this month followed by counting and the election process will be completed before the first of April.
