NOIDA farmers suspend their agitation for three months

In Uttar Pradesh, farmers from different villages agitated over forcible land acquisition and poor compensation at NOIDA area in Gautam Buddha Nagar district have suspend their agitation for three months. Our correspondent reports that it has been announced by Kisan Sangharsh Samiti after a marathon meeting between its leaders, the NOIDA Authority Chairman and Uttar Pradesh Minister Jaiveer Singh at Okhla.
