Nobel Peace Prize winner Kailash Satyarthi has called for enforcement of Juvenile Justice Act. He said, there is a very strong provision under the Act to stop children taking to criminal activities. He was answering a question about the rise in juvenile crime rate. <br/>'<br/>Talking to reporters in Kolkata, he pointed out that children will not be forced to become slaves, prostitutes or turn to violent acts if their right to education is ensured and social security programmes like the mid-day meal are properly implemented.
