No word yet on formation of a new govt in Afghanistan

In Afghanistan, there is no word yet on the formation of a new government. News agency reports from Kabul quoting Taliban Spokesman had earlier suggested a new cabinet was likely to be in place today with Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar heading the new regime.<br />''<br />''In another development, Tolo News Agency reports that at  least 17 people were killed and 41 were injured during a celebratory firing by the Taliban in Kabul yesterday.
