Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Shashi Tharoor has said that India does not wish to destabilise Pakistan in any manner and wants to maintain good relations with that country. Talking to reporters in Palakkad in Kerala , he said Islamabad should make efforts to better its relationship with India, which has been under strain since the 26/11 attack. On Chinese objections to the Dalai Lama's visit to Arunachal Pradesh, the Minister said anyone could visit the state, as it is part of India.<br/><br/> <br/>
