Union minister for science and technology Dr Harsh Vardhan has said that scientists should come out of labs with research work and be innovative for farmers and common people. He said that there is no use of research work if it remains in laboratories.<br/><br/>Dr Vardhan was talking to media persons after visiting National Botanical Institute of India of CSIR at Lucknow today. He said Scientists should transfer technology to the mass and grass root level, adding there is no paucity of fund for research work. <br/><br/>Dr Harsh Vardhan emphasized on better coordination between different research institutions across the country.<br/>Earlier, Dr Vardhan discussed issues regarding Soil Health Cards and instructed scientists to meet out the problems at the earliest.
