<br/>The Bihar Government has returned Rs 5 crore given by the Gujarat Government for Kosi flood relief. The decision is believed to have been taken after local papers carried advertisements about this help by the Gujarat government prior to the BJP national executive meeting in Patna last week. <br/><br/>The advertisement showed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his Gujarat counterpart Narendra Modi holding hands together and it upset Nitish Kumar so much that he cancelled a dinner with BJP leaders.<br/>
