The Home Minister Mr. P Chidambaram has said there can be no talks with the Naxal groups till violence persists. He asked them to abjure violence to resume dialogue. Replying supplementaries in the Rajya Sabha today, he said some civil society organizations have indicated that they could facilitate talks with Naxal groups but no concrete proposal has come so far. He said there is no dialogue with the Naxal groups at the moment. <br/> Earlier, the Minister of State for Home Affairs, Mr. Ajay Maken said that the state governments are implementing their own schemes for surrender and rehabilitation of Naxalites. He said 132 Naxalites have surrendered till October in this year. <br/> Replying to a specific question, the Home Minister made it clear that there will be no talks with Pakistan unless it takes action against the perpetrators of the Mumbai terror attacks and dismantled the terrorist outfits in its soil.
